I am going to be making a holy priest on the Horde side for DF but I am having a hard time choosing a specific race. Personally I like races that other players are able to see your armor and be interested in your character. The races that I am stuck on choosing between are:

Tauren: Big and cool, but a lot of their cloth armor looks funny and some of the helmets do not fit good.

Vulpeera: Cute fox, but seems kinda small to be able to see their armor properly.

Undead: Interesting aesthetic as being dead but still being able to follow a holy path, but they have funny looking casting animations.

I wanna hear your guys thoughts on these 3 races, as well as the holy priest you have and the reasoning behind why you chose that race.
