Ran the daily heroics last night. First group was FUBARed. First the healer has issues healing and tank never waited for mana, yeah 2 wipes before first boss. Second group was a newbie tank who admitted they were new, they start pulling and heading in wrong direction. So we provided some feedback.
Moral of the story is, if you new admit it. We all learnt at one point. So telling the pug your new at least let's us know and we can help with advice and direction in your learning.
