Lost all my data

Hello I used to play this game with my buddy's and I had so much saved Data I had my fixer prestiges 5x all my data is now gone once I bought a new a ps4 pro. (New console ) but is there any way I can get all my data back I tried using ps plus cloud save and nothing just sucks all my progress is gone.
