Oklahoma crude oil production peaked at around 17,000 thousand barrels a month, leading to an annual production of 204,000,000 This is a combined rate of 2,941,500,000 barrels of crude oil, of which around 1,680,000,000 or a little larger is Houston's estimated crude oil consumption. 1,638,485,000 is the total deficit we need to fill a year from RIGS blockading us, of which you can fill around 1,261,000,000 barrels.

Our proposal is simple: make us a favored customer for around 1,000,000,000 of these barrels a year, meaning that if South Asian companies want to buy at market price vs foreign companies, South Asian companies must be preferred, practically insuring that we get those barrels. Wouldn't it be great if you sell that stuff to me instead?
