So we might be attempting a project that involves a rocket and the explosion of a dear friend's lunar colony. We would really really appreciate it if we can use your H3-24 rocket to do so. We believe that the 6000kg payload of the version of the rocket designed to go to the moon is more than enough for our purposes, especially since the payload might be even higher if the aim is to just crash into the moon. Especially because the rest of the rocket is basically completely done and the lunar module only needs to be advanced enough to get to the moon in one piece (the main challenge of keeping the astronaut alive is not there and mechanisms for slowing it down will only be counterproductive), with your approval we can get this done in a year most likely. The best part is that you have plausible deniability in your neosukoku doctrine as you lent us it for "scientific purposes" and was shocked when a lunar base ended up exploding.
