As the region gears for war, many of our aircraft procurement schemes are only half complete, resulting in a situation where the USA might struggle to keep air superiority over its own skies while simultaneously engaged elsewhere. We have an easy win-win solution however. As you may know, 5 F-22s are agreed to be stationed in our territory. Even though you all might not have F-22s yet, you all still have very good fighters that can be used for air superiority. We ask that you deploy several squadrons of F-15C and F-35A in a purely defensive role to maintain air superiority in domestic air space and shoot down incursions, as well as potentially CAS if the situation gets really dire. They will be scattered across separate airfields in the center of the USA with missile defenses and reinforced bunkers to avoid them getting sniped on the ground. Maybe like 65 F-15E and 20 F-35A at the high side?

In return, we will gladly pay 1.5x the price of any fighter that gets taken out of commission in the course of duty as well as all maintenance costs.
