The KKJLI or Kazakh-Kyrgyz Joint Linguistic Institute will act as the conduit through which we can encourage a deepening of cultural, popular and political ties between our two peoples. Our languages have many similarities and pursuing a policy of standardization and reformation will substantially aid commerce and administration between our countries. This effort to create a Turkistani language will be a step away from Russian linguistic hegemony and potentially will allow us to create a Lingua Franca for the CAU. This is a major step in decolonization and Central Asian political unity and freedom of action. We hope that our colleagues in Kyrgyzstan hold similar goals and will support this most auspicious of efforts.

  • We propose the creation of a unified effort for the creation of a common Turkistani language using Latin script

  • We propose the creation of an institute for these efforts based in Nursultan and Bishkek

  • We propose this language reform program will be conducted and administrated throughout the government and educational and economic spheres for total regional transformation
