The world is a mess, the world is an angry place. Every day we slip further into chaos, and disorder. To our east, the United States has collapsed into constituent states. To our west Russia has launched a devastating war, separatism has risen across Europe and Moscow has been diminished to untold lows. At home, we have worse developments. The Taliban have seized control over Afghanistan. Kazakhstan as a regional leader in many fields, most especially its economic power, is willing to take up leadership in Central Asia. We must make a coalition to strengthen ourselves and steel ourselves against this threat. We all share a common heritage and common goal in protecting ourselves from the horrors of Islamic extremism. We are willing to take up the mantle of leadership and create new regional institutions. This would be under the purview of a renewed Central Asian Union.
