Creating a joint army of Mozambique and Azania
In order to best coordinate the defence of our two nations, we will be reorganizing Mozambique's army. Thankfully, an entire new generation of Mozambican officers have gone through training at Pan African institutes. This will ensure creating a united Pan African army will be far easier then previously imagined. Our objective is to ensure that these units are still commanded by Mozambican officers, but that they are from a new generation of officers. Generous pensions will be offered to the old guard to facilitate their consensual retirement.
