After the start of protests against King Norodom, there has been an increase in anti-monarchist groups and a few demand the King to renounce, although most of the protests are focused on impeding the monarch of spending precious money on the renovation of his palace.
In the forests in the north, at Ratanakiri, the RGC was making one of their first moves in over a decade; Ang was still learning a lot about the ways of the RGC but decided in the end to stay in the encampment. His parents still search for him, claiming that he isn't dead, contrary to the village beliefs that he was in fact, mugged and murdered over a month ago.
The RGC has decided to spread propaganda in Ratanakiri and has contacted the trade unions all over Cambodia in order to organize strikes, they want the country to freeze up and desire the anti-monarchist group to gain more support in the country; Serip organized a militia to maintain order in the encampment and the villages around it, although small, the guerrilla group is starting to gain control of the extreme north Ratanakiri, where there barely is an active police force and if they exist, their equipment is brutally outdated to the point of irrelevance.
[M] The first roll is to determine the effectiveness and secrecy of the Union strikes, there will be another roll to determine if propaganda succeeds and then another one to define how much % of the population supports the RGC in Ratanakiri.
