The United States of Columbia has decided, in light of recent events, has decided to offer the Midwest Federative Republic the chance to unconditionally surrender.

The Midwest has offered terms up, terms that effectively equate to a white peace. These, quite simply, are unacceptable. The Midwest gave up the right to a white peace, and a right to their sovereignty, when they ruthlessly slaughtered 2.23 million innocent Texas, Mexicans, and Orleanians in nuclear hellfire. The use of nuclear weapons in war was already criminal enough, but to target civilians? The only word we can use to describe such a crime is unforgivable.

You have escalated this conflict to where it is now. You have put the nuclear option on the table. This war, if it continues, will be bloody, so this is your chance to avoid it all.

You may have more nukes where those came from, but do not forget that we are a real nuclear power. We have over a thousand nuclear warheads in our arsenal that can be deployed in countless ways, and if the Midwest continues down this path, we will be forced to use them to protect the lives of not just our citizens, but all the people of North America.

Surrender unconditionally, or face the consequences.
