I, Charles Hippo of the Hippo dynasty, claim Monaco, as Prince. I am replacing Albert II and his lineage.
The principality of Monaco is second only to the Vatican as the smallest country in the world, but due to it's luxurious setting and low tax rates is a magnet for celebrities and businessmen alike. I plan to maintain the country's strong connection with France and Europe, but develop the country militarily and economically. Ideally, we would push towards further independence, but first we must lay the groundwork.
There is a Parliament, the National Council, which legislates. The President leads this council, and is the leader of the largest party. The Prince still has overall control, in a similar way to the US President.
