Tonight, Qulla Suyu's president José Castillo was found dead in his bed. There were no signs of any break-ins or a struggle leading investigators to believe it was some type of disease that killed him. His bedroom will be quarantine due to the current H5N1 outbreak, an autopsy will be performed, and an investigation will begin.
The Vice President Martino Ortuno will be taking over as President of Qulla Suyu for now on.
I am claiming Bolivia in /u/Theoddcuban's absence and thought I would spice it up a little since I don't play as Paraguay.
