This is a very interesting situation for Austria, as Karl von Habsburg (full name: Karl Habsburg-Lothringen) was the son of Austrian-Hungarian royalty, specifically the last crown prince (whose father was emperor) with Karl's full royal title being "Archduke of Austria, Royal Prince of Hungary, Bohemia and Croatia".
