Last month, political activist Varos Krjalian, who runs the extremely popular Armenian blog "We Are" has announced the creation of the "Kaysrut’yun" (translating to "Empire") political party. Already, around 15% of Armenians have identified themselves as members of the Kaysrut’yun party, wanting the party to run during the next parliamentary elections and Varos Krjalian for the next presidential elections.

The party has identified themselves as a "socially conservative, nationalist, socialist, youth fronted, eurosceptic, and pro-CTSO" with the goal to "make Armenia great again". Skeptics are calling the party "rather fascist, but not quite Nazi". The popular political blog "Mountain Politics" has criticized the party for this, mentioning how their goal (to make Armenia great again) is "literally stealing from Donald Trump".
