Owing that there has yet to be any substantial announcement of a date, and by extension a time, for each of us to try our hand at securing our desired countries, and given that this community is greatly diverse in terms of nationalities and countries of residence: I propose that an arrangement is met and stated ahead of this time that will allow, in a dammed utilitarian sense, the greatest amount of us to be available to post promptly with 'CLAIM[s]' when the Moderation Team wish to allow it - to avoid some simply "missing out", due to factors beyond the control of many of us such as professional or educational commitments, and what might conceive to be irregular timing, example gratia 3:30AM?
