The Ubundist Empire of the Caribbean, in face of defeat has decided to join the British Commonwealth. Cortez Cesar will be stepping down as monarch of the empire in favor of His Majesty King George VII. Cesar will stay in control of the Empire as duke. Hopefully this will bring peace and prosperity to the Caribbean.
