Gran Colombia has graciously offered to hold peace talks between our nations, and in the nature of democracy and freedoms- we have accepted.
So we will present our offer to the British Empire to try to prevent a hot conflict.
We give Barbados a referendum on which nation they want to join. A primarily black nation in the Caribbean it has a high threshold to have an Ubundist majority. (with Ubunde Shaka's book being hugely popular across the Caribbean.)
