In addition to the existing State Security Department, the Ministry for Exterior Affairs has mandated the creation of an organisation for the purpose of intelligence collation, counter-intelligence capability, and otherwise the protection of the Qatari nation state; the Agency will consist of Economic, Intelligence, and Cyber Warfare Divisions, and will receive funding to the totality of $2.2bn: five thousand workers are expected to be employed by the CIA, in which each will receive a concealed weapon license and are to be issued Glock 19s - due to the purpose of their professional duty, and the potential risk to their lives should compromise of circumstance occur.
