Barbados, the small island nation that is the hot spot in the Caribbean has agreed to join the Ubundist Empire under Socorro Mina's three criteria cited in Mina's 5 points
For a nation to join the Empire three criteria need to be met 1. The current regime needs to recognize the Emperor as rightful ruler of the nation 2. A waiting period of 3 years must be completed after recognizing the Emperor and 3. the population must agree with a majority in a referendum after the waiting period
The Barbados government has agreed to recognize Emperor Cesar as the rightful ruler of Barbados, and they will enter the 3 year waiting period starting now.
