To help keep peace and promote social/economic/technological growth, several nations have agreed and sign the charter to the LAEA.
Latin America Economic Alliance
Charter 1: Full members
Section 1: Governing the alliance
Article 1: Alliance senate
Each state that is part of the alliance will have 2 elected officials to vote on all proposals (building projects, laws, membership, ect.)
Senators will have elections every 4 years
Article 2: Voting
For a proposal(building projects, laws, membership, ect.) to pass, it requires a 66% 'yay' vote
Senators can vote 3 different ways, 'yay', 'nay', and 'abstain'
Article 3: Yearly meetings
Yearly (January) there will me an annual LAEA meeting
This meeting will have a recap of last year as well as a section to vote on and propose projects for the upcoming year
Section 2: Economic alliance
Article 1: Loans
Any nation is obligated to give loans to any other in need financial assistance (The exact price of the loans can be worked out later in sets or customized)
Besides a single nation giving loans, a multiple of nations can give smaller loans
Article 2: Building projects
Building projects (such as bridges, highways, power-plants, buildings, ect) will be strongly promoted between member states
As said before in s1a3p2 (Section 1, Article 3, Point 2) building projects will be proposed and voted on for the upcoming year
Article 3: Independent alliance funding
- To help promote peace and prosperity in Latin America, members of the alliance are encouraged to give funding to the alliance to support independent (not member state controlled) building projects or social policies
Section 3: Military alliance
Article 1: Declaring war
Declaring war is to be looked down upon in the alliance and is strongly suggested against. It weakens the economy
However, contradictory to Point 1, war is allowed in specific environments. If there lies no other options and there will have

- Any declaration of war to a member of the LAEA will be seen as a declaration of war to the entire alliance
Section 4: Technological alliance
Article 1: civilian technology
All civilian technology (such as cars, trains, and medical objects) will be shared between members
Point 1 is also retroactive
Article 2: Military technology
- Military is strongly advised to share between members, but is not enforced
There are some exceptions to these rules however, Argentina and the RFC will withhold from the defensive pact until further notice.
