For the first time, the Conservative /u/IntellectualPolitics and the newly elected Communist First Minister of Iceland have met over lunch at the home of the Foreign Minister. It is thought that, despite their ideological differences, they have developed a fairly decent working relationship, however the Prime Minister is reportedly concerned about the ability of such a radical individual to maintain the Iceland that he has overseen prosper since his election. Several aspects of policy were discussed, including the Icelandic Devolution Grant that will be soon administered alongside the delivery of the Union Budget to Parliament in Oslo later this year, also talked about was further devolution.
