With the whole world looking at the Caribbean Emperor Mina has realized that the ships he ordered to be built last month are insufficient to defend the nation. The Emperor has ordered the 5 corvettes and the 5 frigates to be canceled and replace them with building 2 Salcedo class destroyers.
Emperor Mina has also noticed that these ships will not be built in time, and has rented several commercial docks to build them (3 docks across the nation) for $100,000,000. This action has decreased the time building the ships from 8 years to 2 (plus 2 more years for the destroyers.)
Finally, he has ordered 10 new drydocks to be built around the nation. 5 on tobago, 2 on Jamaica, 1 in Dominica, and 2 in Guyana. costing a total of $40,000,000,000 and being completed in 2 years.
