Today, Hispaniola had announced a new way to run the country. Instead of 2 layers of administrative districts they will be implementing a 4 layer plan.
The layers are as followed
Hispaniola- The federal nation encompassing the entire island
Countries- The two former nations on the island will be used to better control and represent the two halves of the nation
States- The 4 states, two for each country of the island will be used to serve to local issues
Provinces- There are 40 provinces in total, which are to serve even more local issues
