When Venezuela first annexed Trinidad and Tobago, the senate decided that the UFA needed a capital- not a state capital, a federal capital. The spot was decided, plans were made, people were hired. A few step-backs later and the senate has released the location of the new government district- near the small towns of Toco and Petit Trou on the northeast side of Trinidad. The UFA offer any country to build an embassy in the city.
The nation will construct a Senate building and a House of representatives building there for a total cost of $17,000,000 a year over the next 2 years.
