Following the Morocco Crisis, the Fundamentalist Party was in shambles. The Basque and Catalan hostility to the government led to a near secession crisis, where King Felipe VI declared that in the preservation of the kingdom, snap elections would be held.
Needless to say, the Dogeists retook full control of the government. They've begun restoring their own constitution to the country, with nationwide support.
El Profesor, previous head of the Dogeist Party, is now deceased, leading to Valentino Amor assuming control of the party, and therefore, the government. Intriguing enough, he is a well-known republican who has also promised a vote on a transition to a new Spanish Republic.
The future of Spain remains to be seen, but it appears far brighter than the dark days of Spanish fundamentalism.
