Our nation needs a reliable navy, but to defend against the ever-growing navies of our enemies and nations worldwide we need to grow our own navy. Nations don't always have to sell us their old boats, we will start probably the largest project we have ever done here in the Military- building our own fully working navy that can rival such nation as Mexico and Japan.

To help speed up the process, we will triple to size of the team working on the RAASs and double the budget for it ($450,000,000.) We predict this project will be done in 2033. The ship (independent from the RAAS team) will be given a budget of $550,000,000 annually.
