Since 2018 Hishma Rauf has been working on a system of money that is essentially cost-less. His patented E-money^TM system has four main parts.

Every person in the country (or region) will be given an E- money^TM card. These cards will be used for exchange of money (basically a debit card.)

Every shop will be equipped with a E- money^TM transaction machine, where people can use their E-money^TM card to give money to other citizens.

The National bank (or regional) will collect and store the money. All transaction will be put through the bank with a sales tax.

The final part of E- money^TM is exchange stations. Tourists will be taxed to exchange money, as well as being required to buy a temporary E- money^TM card. These card will be given an equal amount of money (minus tax) in FACC pesos. New citizens requesting permanent settlement will be given a free full-time E- money^TM card.

Hispaniolan officials have agreed to implement Hishma Rauf's E- money^TM immediately. They plan to have everyone use the system by March spending $500,000. Mr. Rauf has said that he is allowing Hispaniola to use the system but will be glad to sell it to other countries.
