• All HAMFABS and other factory systems have been allotted to the CIAF.

• Food production is to be temporarily nationalized to ensure efficiency and even distribution.

• Luna Prime has been militarized and opened to all uncompromized nations. All Starclimbers have been recalled to Ritzville for militarization. HAMFABS facilities are to begin producing militarized versions of Starclimber, with 1,000 expected to be done by year's end.

• The Cascadian Imperial Space Command is to cooperate with their Imperial and Solarian counterparts, as it would seem they are the only uncompromised primary powers remaining.

• All nonessential travel out of the country has been suspended. Travel out of the state is still subject to disease-control measures.

• All trade with compromised nations (the Heartland and Pacific territories being the exception) has been ceased. All other trade is still subject to disease-control measures.

• Taxes have been temporarily increased to 60%, as vital resources such as food and water are now being provided by the government.

• Schooling is to continue as normal.
