Executive Order 62.12

From the Office of Proconsul Andromeda Mei,

1. This order begins the stockpiling of food at storage facilities throughout the Cascades. Priority is to be given to foods not produced domestically, such as bananas, as well as nonperishable staples. However a good variety of foods should be stored, and means of delivery to major population centers made available.

2. This also alerts the government that the state is now in a state of crisis.

3. Should it become necessary to ensure the prolonged survival of the Cascadian people, Contigency Plan Allende is to be activated, and in extreme situations, the Charter of Cascadian Rights suspended temporarily.

4. This order also calls up the reserve force of the Cascadian Imperial Armed Forces for domestic peacekeeping should it become necessary.

5. Clauses 1 and 2 are effective immediately, clauses 3 and 4 only upon infection entering the state in a number greater than or equal to 10,000 people.
