Today, the Haiti state television station has turned on after several weeks of being shut down. The screen is blank for several minutes until it switches to a camera in front of the capital building, heavily retrofitted with guards and turrets (think of Nazi German.) A decorated military man walks onto the stage where a podium is set up.

"Welcome people of Haiti and the world! After several weeks I, Andrew Seza and the military forces of the old Socialist Caribbean have convened and set up a government. I shall be a state of emergency dictator as the old dictators of Rome. We will partially open our borders to people from the Caribbean and Latin America."

Someone yells something incoherent from the crowd in front of Seza. Seza makes a movement with his had and one of the guards shoots the women. slowly, as Seza stands behind the podium people start to chant "PREZIDAN"

"Silence them" says Seza to his guards. The turrets and guards open fire into the crowd, killing nearly half before the rest can run away.

The camera zooms in on Seza "We are a country born from fire and blood, but we will survive"

The Haiti state television station turns off again, probably for the last time
