Malefic Rapture yourself?

Long two part question for all my Aff locks out there: 1. Say a Demon Hunter reverses all my DOTs onto me, and I re-apply my dots but still have UA, Corruption and Agony on myself, if I Malefic Rapture, does it also do damage to me from the dots he reversed onto me? 2. If I get reversed on my dots and another Lock has full dots on me as well, will the Locks Raptures do double damage? Sorry about the run on sentences, and if it’s a stupid question. Thank you in advance!
