I'm struggling to find guides for G2, could someone kindly explain what str and dex doz and some other things? I've found both dexterity and strength melee weapons but I don't know whether one scales harder or why I would go with strength when dexterity can be used for melee and ranged weapons?

Secondly, I've found some items like the wolfknife that cavalorn gives you at the beginning with scaling info that I don't understand. It says on the wolfknife " 3 one handed talent" or words to that effect. Does that mean it does three extra damage per my 1-handed skill?

What does the % next to your weapon skills represent? I have 23% in one handed and it still says rookie. Is "rookie" linked to my percentage or is this something else?
