Who says she goes thankless in Bangladesh? Almost all Bangladeshis know of her contributions to their independence. Just because he mentioned Sheikh Mujib doesn't mean he should start mentioning every ally of that war. A lot of Indians always start brigading this not thanking us enough for their independence attitude and frankly speaking it sucks. It is a well known fact what Indira Gandhi's India did for Bangladesh, which is also celebrated every year in Bangladesh, but that doesn't mean that we should be thanking her or India 24 7 for our existence. India isn't the first and won't be the last country to do what it did during that war, and you don't see other countries giving similar attitudes in regards to the countries they helped liberate.
