Hello everybody! I am working on an album called Echoes and over the last few days it has transitioned in my mind from a strictly EDM album into a different take on the creation and death of the entire universe. I wrote down the plot as it would be loosely narrated as the music flows to tell the story and I wanted to post it here in its entirety to get some other opinions on it. I will also post links to corresponding tracks above where they fit in the narrative, as well as explain where unreleased/uncreated tracks will end up! Would love some feedback as this project will end up being pretty massive for a hobby musician like me, but very fun to produce! Thank you all for any advice you have!

Long ago, before the flow of time began to move inexorably forward, there was a single being that inhabited the void. his name as we would understand it was Aeon. Aeon was the first child of the void, his celestial mother who sought only to marvel at the creation of her son. But Aeon became tired of his stagnant existence and sought for there to be more to eternity than his ageless life being marveled at. He sought for there to be growth and change within the void. In an act of rebellion he sought to populate the nothingness around him with something to stand against it. So he set about the task of creation.

He envisioned himself a forge, where he created the first twinkling stars that populated the darkness. Millions and millions of them until the void became a firmament of twinkling light, but this was not enough. He created a kiln, where he shaped and fired the planets and placed them about the stars so that there may be a place for the light of his stars to bathe in their brightness, but this was not enough. He created the waters upon his planets so that the light from his stars may dance across the waters and reflect and shine for his amusement but after billions of years of work, this was still not enough.

Aeon thought for a long time about what he truly desired out of all he had made. For untold ages he thought, wondering back over the countless years he had spent creating his something. That's when it came to him. He had handcrafted each planet, forged each star with as much care as his mother had created him and he was missing out on the true experience of all he had made. So he did something that would shape all of time moving forward. Aeon split his essence, trillions and trillions of times over, scattering each piece across the cosmos that he willed into existence. Each piece of Aeon took on an aspect of what he envisioned in his creation and populated the planets with innumerable forms of life. And finally, this was enough.

But as the millennia flowed by, these aspects of Aeon began to forget where they had come from. They began to forget how all was connected as they continued to live their simple lives for millions of years, and this is when something truly unexpected happened. All at once across the universe, different special aspects of Aeon, as if remembering their origin entombed far beneath the sands of time, realized for however brief a moment where they had come from. Sentience was brought into the void.

Third song: In progress: Golden age

This sentience brought forth Humans, as well as innumerable aliens, all with the spark of creativity and curiosity that led Aeon to become them in the first place. And they began to create. Lead by the innate spark of Aeon within them they created tribes, cultures, communities and civilisations. First on their own planets, then onward into the stars and the galaxies.

Fourth Song: In Progress: Destruction

But as always, war broke out among them, as each race embodied a different aspect of how Aeon wished his creation to be experienced. These wars raged on for millions of years, claiming even more millions of lives.

Fifth Song: Not Started: Collection

But unknown to the warring races, behind all of it, the snuffed out aspects of Aeons essence came back together with each death. Forming back into the original whole, each lived experience combining back into a new Aeon, much older and much wiser.

He slept through the death of his creation, until all the planets were barren and all the stars snuffed out. And only when the last part of him returned did he awake again into the void, ready to create again with the knowledge he has gained
