How would a society be different with no concept of shame towards sexuality? Both in preference and general sexual activity.

Hi all, I'm working on the details of a society for a D&D world. While primarily magic focused (Think High Magic to the point its scratching the point of being modern, in the middle of a world that otherwise only got up to mid-to-late Renaissance tech levels here and there), it has a strong theme of sexual freedom and self-expression.

To be more specific, there is little to no barrier stopping any individual from looking and presenting in any way they wish, thanks to magical body alteration. (This is primarily for humanoid appearances, but I could see other kinds of body plans popping up being a recent development.) There's no concept of 'public indecency' or any equivalent laws against that, the closest you would get to would be specific spaces having rules against more- disruptive activities, and simple nudity would be seen as completely non-sexual with the average person barely batting an eye at it.

In talking with my GF (Who is the DM for this game and whom I've Co-Dm'd with in a previous game that's happening in the same world), we came to the conclusion that the main issue of a complete deletion of Shame as a concept is that it does have minor use in society, shame being considered anything that makes you think "I shouldn't do this because of how others will see it." Particularly, it would make Sexual Assault more common. Which can be solved by just a enforced high respect of consent, obviously, as well as sexuality being more freely acceptable anyway. But it would obviously still happen, in which cases, the average commoner probably has easy enough access to basic magic for protecting themselves, as well as there being plenty of general enchantments in cities to prevent people from being able to force themselves on others/ways to apprehend people before they can commit significant harm.

Im less looking for specific suggestions of where to take my work, I've got a good number of ideas, and more looking for how you would personally handle something like this in yours.

Just read various travel accounts from the age of sail. Plenty of islands had that or were alleged to have that depending on how you see it.
