I don't know which idea to start on, and seek the thoughts of others:
•Metora: Dystopian Scarcity Sci Fi. On the rapidly evolving planet of Metora half of humanity fights to survive beyond the oppressive sealed-safety of the Federant, a tyrannical humanoid species who rule with an iron fist. Deep from the underground came the Goids, an adaptive, intelligent parasite capable of learning given time. Prior to the Federant's arrival and scouring of the Milky Way Galaxy humanity was a zenith of advancements, colonization, mistakes and more. These are the tales of life on Metora.
•Defectum: In the artificial paradise created by a warmonger who played both sides of the Millennium War the unexpected death of his wife and child broke the man, thus broke the paradise that awaited. Warped by its creator the now nonsensical nightmare realm occasionally breaches into different realities, pulling in chunks of other existences and churning countless victims into a truly unhinged realm. Enter the janky survival horror, and embrace the insanity.
•Throne of Tears: No matter what tomorrow may bring, life carries on. Kingdoms rise and fall as apocalypses wax or wane; But to save it all you may delve the layers of ruin and time. Lower and lower sinks the throne of ultimate sacrifice; Yet will one day an armageddon come from which there is no return? Time will tell, but each life here bears a story, be it mundane or fantastical. Behold the following tale:
•Death of Spirit: A Dawn of Dread: In this diesel-punk WWI-WWII setting the supernatural remained repressed as human civilization rose to embrace science over superstition. The Great War however has birthed the beginning of the end, a spiritual apocalypse and rebirth of this Waking World. All it takes is one vulnerable soul at their' darkest hour to succumb, to become a gateway for dread manifest. Once human, born of spirit; Yet now a monster remains. This is where it began, in the bloody trenches...
•Galactic Quandary: Conflict, fuckery and more, a tale as old as time. Behold the tales of the Switchlane Galaxy, from the dull to the insane:
•As Above, So Below: These supposed human ruins are fascinating! But little did we know that humanity rests deep below, cut off and isolated, unaware and untouched; Yet slumbering sentinels, once purely human have reawakened, as has something that controls this odd world. As above, and so below shall we get to the bottom of this. After all, what became of the fabled human species is a longstanding mystery!
•Wastrel Wastes: In this post-apocalypse sci-fi the Luminous Lavender Light descended upon the galaxy from above the galactic disc. With its tendrils reaching all worlds did the few that remain retreat underground, while those above were remade. Decades to a century later those that retreated underground return to the surface, for life goes on. Here is one such journey:
(I've spent the last 8 months in writing purgatory unable to pick one of the above ideas to start with. I just wanna know which one sounds more interesting, as hopefully that might help me with my indecision. I'm ready to legitimately eat my fucking hands, as I've never had so many equally appealing concepts. Ffs help meeee reeee-)
