Need help with City names.

I use real languages in my world and currently I'm working on a map and writing down cities, but something I can't figure out how to make city names in Egyptian Arabic.
I'm also not too terribly familiar with Arabic of any kind and so far I only have a country name, but coming up with that name was very difficult, so to make things easier I'd like to ask, how would you make a city name using Egyptian Arabic?
