Finger got smashed between 2 pipes at work. Not sure ifs broken first responder said it wasn't. Sent me home with a splint and and ice pack. Still can't bend or make a fist, still swollen. Said if I felt it was needed to go to one of there urgent care facilities to get it looked at if there was no change. Said if I can't go back to work on Monday then to go the facility tonight or tomorrow. Job doesn't do drug tests for pre employment and doesn't do random drug tests, I smoke weed on Friday and Saturday nights(obviously didn't last night), if I go to one of these places they're gonna drug test me, will I be denied workers comp if they do find weed in my system? My finger isn't going to better by Monday and I can't afford to not have a check
