I believe I've been a victim of workplace retaliation, workplace discrimination, workplace bullying , All done by high level operation managers. Past 2 and 1/2 years. I've done nothing but take solid notes. Built up a strong " case" and don't know what else to do. Everything from not being invited to team lead classes anymore added workload that's impossible for one driver, spied on over camera and held accountable for " not stopping all the way" at a stop sign in our building. Was forced to train/cross train in another area shortly after issues started to arise. Made all three levels of management aware I have a learning disability/IEP. They have manipulated every aspect of my job to try an increase the stress and workload. I've been blamed for equipment damage that I did not do and had to explain myself to the EH&S manager so he could investigate it further. Plenty of other employees are not cross trained and the fact that I was pointed out and forced to learn another area they known I had no interest in was another singling me out . They have done nothing but raise my anxiety and stress(been seeing a DR). Not trusting any managers and watching over my back the past 2.5 years isn't a way anyone should work. I have plenty more detailed things but I'd rather not get to far into it. What would you do if you were me?
