I need help
Post Body

Hello all. I started a job about 5 ish monthes ago that was in a brand new industry for me. My first week I thought that I would be getting trained for the job, but instead, there was one day of training from the person in my position before me and that was it. There are mass amount of information needed for this position, but I thought that the leaning would come with time. It’s been 5 monthes and two of my co workers have been sabotaging my work by giving me mixed trainings, and then calling me out in front of my boss for doing things wrong when I am doing what they taught me. I thought this would fade, but now one of the coworkers has made it their mission to belittle my work and my character. They tell my clients to not talk to me and talk to them instead, they correct and call me out in front of my clients without any filter. They call me aggressive when I explain myself. I cannot do my job duitys without their coordination due to the way our job titles mix. My boss is aware of this and says they plan on fixing this. This has effected my life. I am no longer happy. My friends and family see outbursts after work. I can’t smile. I feel worthless and dumb. Rumors are spreading around the office and my family is concerned with my well-being right now. Please let me know if I’m overreacting or if these are signs and symptoms of workplace bullying.
