Question about switching up routine

I am 6 months into my current routine, and I feel like my body is getting used to my routine, so I want to switch it up a little and need some suggestions. Would upper\lower body splits be advisable?

Current Routine:

Monday: Chest, shoulders and traps

Tuesday: rest day

Wenesday: Legs and abs

Thursday: rest day

Friday: biceps, triceps and forearms

Saturday: Back and abs

Sunday: cardio
