I have a question regarding pre-workouts,
i work in a lab where i start early and get out of work late. i tend to like working out later in the day to help dissipate whatever left over energy i have. i would like some recommendations for pre-workouts that wont spike my energy for after work where i would stay up late due to caffeine. i know there are caffeine free supps. would it still be OK to take pre-workouts with caffeine in the morning and have its full effect later in the day? Example: if i take my pre-workout @ 0830 would it still be as effective as if i took it at 1800??
