First off, Ive never worked out a day in my life and have no idea how/where to start. I am 26 years old 5’9 and about 118 lbs. Im a little guy imo. I really want to get in the gym to better my health more than anything. I am not aiming to build a huge physique, but I do want to put on muscle/weight and have a better look to my body overall. Think Slim and cut up over Big and buff. Getting a personal trainer is out if the question currently. So I need help figuring out a regime to get started. Any help or information will be GREATLY appreciated, and I an here to answer any questions that would help you help me.
