So some background.
In 2015 I was arrested and did 7 years in low security federal prison.
When I was arrested, I weighed more than 375lbs. I was generous and claimed 380, but reality is I was closer, if not over 400lbs.
During my time I was sporadic with my workouts (Darebee's one-sheets and on equipment books), but the last two years I transfer and fall in with a bunch of cross fit guys and I go hard. Plus, they didn't reject me and did slight nudging to keep pushing me. Even though we were all ex military, no nasty drill sarge shouting, and the biggest motivation was just being around these guys, trying to push myself to their level.
When I left in May, I was 275lbs, my mile time was 8:15, and my 5k was 26 minutes. I never even RAN a 5k before this year, and this is a better mile time than when I was in the navy in 99-06.
Now, I'm out and I'd like to get back into the habit since I'm backsliding. I'm doing maybe 1 or 2 workouts a week, every other week. I can feel the weight coming back. But here's the problem; while I'm at the halfway house, I work 12-hour days, getting back at 6pm and waking up at 4am.
It also doesn't help that my job is forklift driving for those 12 hours.
I need someone to push me till it becomes a habit again. Ideally, I'd like someone to call or text me on Monday/Wednesday/Friday to push me to workout and hold me accountable. I tried to do this on the Darebee website but I found out I can't use their forum on my phone.
So I'd like someone to trust with my phone number to push me to workout 3 times a week around 6:30/7:00pm central time by calling or texting me.
If anyone's interested, DM me and we'll go from there.
