I want to start working out again. I joined the gym 2 years ago and went there on a regular basis for ¾ year. Then I needed the time for other things and had to stop working out.
But since today I'm working for another company and my work day is starting later. I thought about going to the gym before work but how much time do I need?
I should leave for work at 7 am but my gym opens at 6 am. Is it possible to design a workout for Monday-friday every morning from 6am to 7am with 10 minutes for shower?
