Is this a good workout idea ?

Tuesday- leg and shoulder
Wednesday-full body (deload excluding arms)
Thursday -rest day
Friday - chest and back
Saturday- leg, shoulder and arm
Sunday -rest day
I recently just changed my routine to this although I know deload is usually a week every 4/8 weeks. I thought about having a full body workout but going lighter in volume and intensity and focus on form once every week. I donβt know if this would kill or help gains .
