The ONLY way to lose fat is to be in a caloric deficit There’s no special workout to target fat, there’s no special cardio to “melt fat away” There’s no special drink, pill, supplement or foods that will burn fat
If you want to lose fat, you need to either A) Increase the amount of calories you use by your choice of exercise (cardio,weightlifting, sports) B) Decrease the amount of calories you take in. You don’t have to starve yourself ! There are plenty of great tasting low calorie dense foods ! Or both A and B
If you see YouTube videos of people trying to show you “magic fat burning workouts” they’re not trying to help you, they’re trying to make money off of you by telling you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear.
