Hi I'm new to this subreddit and would hope for some of your help. I've been moderately lifting weights and working out for the past year. I did see improvement for the amount of work I put in, but I want to lick it up a notch. I want my muscles to get bigger and my body fat to get lost. I just don't know how to lose weight and make my muscles grow more. I don't know where to start when it comes to losing belly fat and whenever I try to look it up I always am bombarded with different exercises and powders to drink and all that. It took me a while to swallow my pride to ask this one, but I need help I don't know what to do anymore.
