Some context, I used to be a mover about 2 years ago I had fallen off of a ramp with an item in my hand which ended up pinning me to the truck as I fell off the truck. Being as I have since recovered mostly oh, there is still the pain in my right shoulder when I try to lift heavier objects. I have taken a break from heavy labor positions for the last year or so oh, and just now started heading back to the gym when I noticed that anytime I pull a significant weight down there is a straining pain and what it seems to be my Rhombodeus major area (I looked it up on a diagram it might not even be right but it feels like that strip.)

Anyway long walk for a short question my pectoral muscle had much the same pain until it snapped a few weeks ago there was some significant bruising however the pain was gone and it healed quite rapidly and now there is very little pain in that area. My question is if I left the same thing happen to the muscle while I'm lifting will the result be the same or will it be a hell of a lot worse?? I need to know cuz this will mean whether or not I just do the damage and let the body repair itself or have to seek help. Thanks in advance for any one who can shed light as to what this even is.
